Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Parkville LLC (“Parkville,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the company that operates the Moderoo website builder and related services (the “Service”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
If you have questions about this policy or how we handle your information, contact us at contact@moderoo.com.
1. Who we are
The Service is provided by Parkville LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (EIN 61-2338869), located at 30 N. Gould Street, Suite R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. For the purposes of applicable data-protection law, Parkville LLC is the controller of the personal information described in this policy.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information - your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form) when you register.
- Content you submit - the business descriptions, prompts, text, images, logos, URLs, and other materials you provide so we can generate and edit your website.
- Payment information - if you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment-card and billing details. We do not store full card numbers on our servers; we retain only limited details such as your plan, billing status, and the last four digits of your card.
- Communications - messages you send us for support, feedback, or other inquiries.
Information we collect automatically
- Usage data - actions you take in the Service, such as sites created, pages added, and AI generations or edits requested (used to operate the Service and to apply fair-use limits).
- Device and log data - IP address, browser type, device information, and timestamps, collected through standard server logs and cookies.
3. How we use your information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including generating and hosting your website.
- To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
- To process payments, manage subscriptions, and enforce plan limits and fair-use quotas.
- To send you transactional messages (for example, account, security, and billing notices).
- To respond to your requests and provide customer support.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. AI processing of your content
The Service uses artificial-intelligence models to generate and edit website code, copy, and images. When you make a request, the content you provide (such as your business description, prompts, and reference materials) is sent to our AI providers - including Anthropic (Claude) for text and code generation and image-generation providers for logos and imagery - solely to produce your requested output. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train our own models. Our AI providers process this content under their own terms and applicable data agreements.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below.

We share information with vendors that help us operate the Service, each acting on our instructions. These currently include, among others:
- Supabase - database, authentication, and file storage.
- Vercel - application hosting and content delivery.
- Stripe - payment processing and subscription billing.
- Anthropic and image-generation providers - AI generation of your site content.
- Postmark - sending transactional and notification emails.
- Pexels and Unsplash - stock photography used in generated sites.
- Cloudflare - bot protection (Turnstile) and security services.
- Namecheap - domain registration and DNS, if you buy or connect a custom domain.
Legal and safety
We may disclose information if required by law or legal process, or where we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Parkville LLC, our users, or the public.
Business transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
6. Websites you publish and your site visitors
When you publish a site with Moderoo, the content of that site becomes publicly accessible. You are the controller of any personal information you collect from your own site visitors - for example, through a contact or booking form. We process that visitor data on your behalf as your service provider, and you are responsible for having an appropriate privacy notice on your published site and for handling visitor data lawfully.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, secure the Service, and understand how it is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect how the Service works.
8. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, these rights arise under the GDPR; if you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/ CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. To make a request, email contact@moderoo.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
10. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International data transfers
We operate in the United States and work with providers that may process data in the United States and elsewhere. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we take steps to ensure it receives an appropriate level of protection.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
